TTPB: I am an international applicant and Ms. Hamlin replied my e-mail by saying that my application has been evaluated and there is no decision on it yet. I want to ask whether she mentioned the word ‘waitlist' in the reply you received? Also, what should I interpret from the reply I have received ?
