Hi. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet. A current 2nd year MArch Toronto student has told me it based on the number of drop-out students from 1st MArch that available for Advanced Standing slot. It is very competitive because the number is little (class size of MArch is around 60 people... Imagine!). And we even compete with BArch 5-year student as well. I think it is not about our credential, but the actual number they can offer. However, if you applied for UBC, the good news is I got confirmation from UBC that our RIBA program would receive advanced placement. Maybe just wait. Good luck :)
