No internships but strong recs, 1.5 years full time employment in unrelated field + consistent employment through undergrad. Would love love love to get in off the waitlist but probably lots of much better candidates also on the list. Astonished to have been put on it at all instead of outright rejection. Accepted to JHU, GW, American, Denver, UCSD
