Cliche rejection letter. Shit this university! Already got admitted by top program in this country. Connection dominates! if you want this program, you should contact faculty members there in advance, otherwise, I suggest you save your money. I had four published journal papers (1*Q1, 3*Q2), one under review (Q1), one conference paper. Anyway, it's not the time for structural engineering, nor is it worth for the phd program in this field. Also, Shit UB. really hate the department there, crappy school.
