Instead, accepted into their MS program (NO Funding). I already have an MS degree in CEE (Transportation) from Virginia Tech, which is pretty clear in my application packet, CV, SOP, and LORs (all 3 LORs are from my MS thesis committee). This brings me to my question, are they thoroughly going through the application packets?
