Note

I have been offered Dean's Scholarship and GTA and the offer letter stating that I will have to find an appropriate GRA in 2021. They didn't talk about anything being admitted to phd too. The portal shows "Under Review". What can I make out from this email ? Should I mail my POI and find out about the same ?
