Note

I have a TOEFL iBT score of 113 and GPA of 4.09 (out of 4.33) for my master's degree. My SOP has been peer-reviewed multiple times. I work from the government and I said in my SOP that I would return to work there. I guess that, plus my lack of research experience, low score in GRE and undergrad GPA, lowered my attractiveness significantly.
