Note

To whoever asked about possibility of funding for CEE masters, I heard from PhD Stanford CEE students that the CEE department typically expects Masters students to pay and doesn't do a good job supporting masters students compared to CEE PhD students. MIT CEE professor told me not to apply for masters at Stanford for this reason.
