Note

Was told by POI in early Feb that he has nominated me for a fellowship. Was told this Monday by the same POI that I have passed the final round for fellowship. So I assume it highly possible that USC will send out its belated offers in the next week or two. I guess many of the admitted students have already decided on their final destinations, though. :(
