Received an email that my application is being withdrawn and my application fee will be refunded due to the current circumstance that this program is pending approval under the US Citizenship and Immigration Services for international students who need F-1 visas. Seems somewhat unprofessional from UHart, as this should have been public information to save international students time, effort, money sending in documents and expectations.
