To the previous poster of this program, I feel your sentiment too. I even emailed them a few weeks back (because I have offers from outside the US and they don't adhere to the April 15th resolution) to prompt them to respond asap and all I got was a reply "We have completed our academic evaluation of your application and notified your intended graduate department. Because of the varied factors involved in the graduate department review process, we cannot give you an estimate of when you might expect the decision." The application that required the most effort out of all that I did and yet the one that took the longest to respond (if ever at all). Perhaps I should just go ahead with my other options outside of the US.
