Note

Received notification to check online portal that stated a decision had been made. No financial support from the program as of yet. Letter stated funding might manifest in the future. I had strong letters of rec from my masters degree program director (who knows my future program director well), also graduated top of my class from my former masters degree. My GRE scores are not competitive as I only took it once as a baseline. Undergraduate GPA was average. I intend to accept and carry forward with self-funding with long-term hope of funding from the program. We shall see of this, but regardless I am looking forward to the fall.
