I'm in the same situation. I had the interview almost 2 weeks back and never heard from them. But I think they take around 2-3 weeks to give the decision. One of my friends had interviews early (I think we are in the second cycle of interviews) and he got the decision after exactly 2 weeks. We might get a response within a couple of days. Fingers crossed! :)
