Then there is a "DECISION STATUS: AVAILABLE BEGINNING 3/4/2019" on the My Application(s) page. Then the letter is in there. The letter says: "I am pleased to offer you admission to the Ph.D. program in Economics (ECON) for the Fall  2019 term" But no funding information.
