Note

Attend a very small liberal arts school. Double major in math and physics. One international REU through UF, no other research experience and no publications. Mentioned the professor who ran the REU in my SoP, since he does the research I want to get involved with. This is likely what got me in. Acceptance is recommended to the graduate school, awaiting formal letter.
