- I am just stunned at how they encouraged me to apply telling me that I would be a very strong applicant and making me feel like I am already accepted. I got admitted at a number of other programs and I have already accepted an offer. Just would like to add that if a program does not bother sending an official rejection letter, then that means that this does not respect applicants and treats them like trash. :/
