I asked the department and got this diplomatic answer 😔 “The Graduate Admissions Committee began reviewing applications in mid-January. Preliminary offers will be made in mid to late February. Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail with a formal offer letter to follow by regular mail. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by e-mail.”
