30 minutes non-technical interview related to the university and my interest in the Ph.D. program. POI said that she will accept me. I had emailed her after submitting the application. We had email discussions, related to projects, before the interview. Masters GPA: 3.67, 8 Publications (1 Journal, 4 Conference, 3 Posters), 1 Patent, very strong letters of recommendation. Lots of teaching experience, talks, and presentations. One year of research experience in the industry and one year of experience as a developer.
