I'm guessing that by industrial experience you mean work experience/ industry experience rather than experience in industrial jobs. I think they definitely seem to focus on the whole package, so having good grades is important but they take other factors into account. I met a guy there who had a philosophy undergrad degree but a ton of experience in construction and he got into the SDC-M program. I personally had a decent gpa, although no where near a 4, but I had a lot of good work experience and LOR's and I managed to get in. Best of luck!
