Wow, that's really annoying!! I can't believe they still haven't gotten back to you... I haven't heard anything either, but I was accepted to another program that I preferred so I haven't bothered to contact them. I know they technically do rolling admissions, so I'll be we're all "waitlisted" until the slots are full.
