- Hi, sorry for taking long. When I applied I wasnt exactly sure about an area of research. I had above a 3.5 gpa from undergrad in the US, so my toelf/gre etc were not necessary. However, i did contact professors before applying, nothing was set in stone but maybe someone recognized my name and that helped.
