- I hadnt heard anything from Penn State and the portal was still awaiting decision, so I emailed about a month ago and heard nothing until today. Apparently I had been waitlisted and they thought they had sent an email, but stated that there had been a glitch so... today was the first email I actually received. I was accepted by other schools (including an Ivy) so I'm not sad, just annoyed.
