Note

I believed my application is as strong as possible. Top of the class at IIT CS department with 9.45 CGPA, 2.5 years industrial experience at top company, good SOP, stellar LORs from VP, Manager and two professors. First author of major IEEE conference publication, GRE 332 (Q 168, V 164), TOEFL 111. Got admitted to CMU MSCS but Stanford is my dream. Heartbroken at my rejection. It will take few days to get over it. Anyway Congrats to all those who got in!
