Got an email saying "We are optimistic that we will be able to offer you admission and financial aid in the PhD program......We’ve been hearing back more slowly than usual from our already-admitted students this year, though, so we are not yet able to commit.......we would very much appreciate it if you would please tell us whether or not you are still interested in receiving an offer.
