To the Georgetown poster below: I called last week and spoke with someone in the Department. They sent out the first round decisions on the 15th, so there are a number of possibilities at this point. Some received a rejection on or around the 15th along with those in 1st round acceptance. If you have not, it is my understanding (based on my conversation) that you are in one of the other "tiers" (re: weird waitlist) and you still have a shot at getting accepted should others decline their respective offers. Hope that helps, and please feel free to call/e-mail and ask and let the rest of us in the same boat know if you hear anything!
