To poster below. I was wondering the same thing so I emailed Stanford biology's admin office asking when to expect to hear back, or if all the acceptances had already been sent, and they replied, "Our faculty are making their decisions, and we expect to start notifying applicants in the next couple of weeks." It's kind of vague. It seems they haven't sent out anything, unless they've sent acceptances and everyone on here is an unfortunate bunch and happened to not get accepted :P. Truthfully, I think they haven't sent anything yet.
