- The University of Michigan effectively steals money from students by claiming they never received transcripts that have documented receipts, thus knocking off applications they don't have to read. They then send you to the wrong people, who send you to the wrong ticket system that then ignores you for weeks, before they just send you a rejection letter. And they don't do refunds, even when they screw up over and over again. Livid.
