I haven't heard back as well, although a friend of mine from my institute got a rejection. If we don't hear back within the next week, I think we must be on a waitlist and we will know by the 1st of April (going by how the rejections were sent out in 2015). So if we are lucky, some of us may still get in. I guess even though there were no posts on gradcafe announcing acceptances between 5 March to 1 April in 2015 for penn state, there still must have been a few. Lets stay hopeful!
