I called the graduate school of ISU, NOT the CSD department. They were able to give me the status of my application and that I was wait listed. my portal still says under review. I am assuming that they have either not finished putting in decisions, or that those on the wait list stay "under review". I haven't heard of anyone hearing that they have been rejected. So it is possible they are only entering in acceptances at this point in time.
