Note

During the interview, I felt that Rice is really planning to build up their program. The professor was really kind and generous, seems that they truly want to care for students. However, I am nervous whether this momentum can continue more than 5 years.. If I choose Rice over other schools, it is only because of new faculties, who can take care of pupils and help students succeed in job market. Is it right that I give up 10-20 ranked school based upon the current situation of Rice? I need advice..
