Note

The email alludes to the deadline of "this Friday, February 17" for reserving a hotel room for the open house (March 24), so I'm guessing the secretary simply copied the email she sent to the first round of acceptances two weeks ago. The email also mentions a "letter from the department," which I have not received yet.
