@the UMass applicant below: Dude{/tte}...UMass CS doesn't have a MS program at all. They've only got the slightly complicated MS/PhD (fully funded, of course!) variant to offer. This is what I got to know after being accepted having app'ed to a MS-only program! n' yeah, they seem to be pretty touchy about notifying rejects.....some ppl seem to have gotten theirs only thru a call/mail to the CS deptt :)
