To the poster asking about NYU vs NYMC.. NYU is ranked higher than NYMC. NYMC is a smaller program than NYU. At NYU you might have more flexibility in picking your classes/ schedule and you definitely won't at NYMC. You have the same schedule as everyone in the program class 2 days a week and clinical 2-3 days. I've heard at NYU there are more options for clinical placements, and you are more likely to get the one you want than at NYMC. I think NYU is a better more well rounded program than NYMC bc most of NYMCs emphasis is on medical whereas NYU focuses more equally on all clinical settings. I'd go NYU :) Best of Luck!!
