- Was on the waitlist for about two months, told today there was unfortunately no space for more than 1-2 Political Theory intakes. Email from the graduate chair was very kind and encouraged me to apply next year (I've already accepted elsewhere, but nice gesture). He sounded truly disappointed they couldn't take more students - even went so far as to let me know I could contact him for advice and connections in the future. Not disappointed because I am already going to a great program, but disappointed I won't get to work with such kind, caring faculty!
