To the poster below: I emailed the department twice and both times they said the deadline for submitting decision is May 15th for international Master applicants. Also, in the FAQ page (http://me.engin.umich.edu/admissions/grad/faqs) it is said that the international Master applicants must submit their decisions by May 15th.
