To the poster below, I got an email that they are taking 1-2 more people, asking if I'm interested in a spot because I was first on the waitlist. Stipend is 26k, 27k after passing quals, although she said it could increase in the next few years. There is also free healthcare and tuition remission. I have turned down their offer.
