Just so future applicants know, OSU is terrible with funding. They send out acceptances late January then let you hang around without funding news, only to be told late February that you've been waitlisted for funding. On visit day it was clear that the department is heavily divided between qual vs. quant. AND it seems as though almost everyone they accepted lives in Ohio or has family in Ohio...
