Note

Spoke w/DGS, who was incredibly nice and explained that I was on an unofficial waitlist (he called it a "reserve"), but that they filled all their funded spots 2 days ago. He went out of his way to say some nice, encouraging things about me. I think my SOP made a good case for how I could fit into their program, but I didn't have much of a soc background, so it was a reach and I am genuinely encouraged by his feedback.
