DGS replied to my email inquiry. He said EVERYBODY who is accepted or waitlisted has already been notified. 17 out of 300+. He seemed annoyed at the Graduate School that they hadn't officially notified the rejects, since the decisions were made in early February. I really wish they had told me sooner, but I am just glad to have closure, finally.
