Note

I told them that I was under great pressure to make a decision since I have other offers. As a result of that, I received an e-mail telling me that I am in for this program. But financial aid decision will not be made till April. Moreover, they told me that they will consider master level students for financial aid ONLY when they still have funding after making offers to PhD students.
