First notified of recommendation for admission (i.e. not a notification of admission) via generic email from Graduate Admissions Office on 02/26. Received recommendation of admission via email from the Director of Graduate Studies on 02/27 with offer for a teaching assistantship, full out-of-state tuition waver, and a fellowship award. I expected to hear from them last, yet they were my first response!
