Note

This seemed like a very promising new program, funded through Erasmus Mundus. I have the excellent grades and previous research history. Rejected because my research proposal was "poor" and "not very realistic." I suppose that they want a fully designed research proposal without any faculty supervision to be perfect and without flaw. No matter than I was given less than a week to write it. I hope they received my thinly veiled F you email in response.
