Congrats to the 2 acceptances! If you don't mind us asking: were the emails blast emails or personal ones from POIs? I also called last week, and the director just phrased it like all depts have until March 15th to relay decisions and HKS/GSAS chooses to do that by mail. If depts wish, they can email/phone before the snail mail gets out.
