Am I admitted? I checked my email again and again to verify it. However it is true. Admitted in PDP program, with only 3.17 GPA, low GRE. To be honest, for me UCB application seems like a lottery ticket, if I were rejected I would be ok. I think my recommendation letters and research experiences have helped me a lot. I have five recommendation letters and two conference papers, plus 3 years research experiences. The lab I am working now has published Nature Nanotech paper about cancer diagnosis. Maybe admission committee is in a good mood. I truly believe that "don't give up hope until your heart stops beating." After masters program I am going to apply for Ph.D. But if I go there, will I still have a low GPA? Seems all smart students go there, I am very bad at taking exam anyway.
