It's a bit frustrating. I checked the Supplemental Application website which says that a decision has been made and directs me to the Testudo website to view the status of my application. You have to use the UMCP ID found on the "Verify Contact Information" page in the supplemental application website and your pin is your *six* digit birth date. Unfortunately, after figuring all of this out I get into the testudo website and the application status is "pending decision"! I guess I'll just have to keep refreshing the page.
