Note

I emailed and asked "have decisions been made, and have they been sent out?" A woman named Anne responded that she checked with the Dean of studies and that letters would be mailed late this week, and next week. Another person wrote they emailed and asked, and they posted a rejection. Does this mean I was not rejected?
