Although I am sure that this decision will come as a disappointment to you, let me assure you that your application received careful attention and review. The decision is final. Please direction any questions to the Psychology program office. Thank you for your interest in York University; I wish you success in your future studies" The phrasing in this letter was a little off-putting. Maybe it's just me.
