To the poster below: I too have received this email (it is sent to all current applicants, whether accepted or not yet). It simply says that you can apply for an accommodation just in case, and that the place will be granted IF you are accepted to the program. So as far as I understand, it does not mean anything in regard to how the admission process has been moving. Unfortunately...
