Applied before the deadline of Feb 1 and waited. Called last Friday only to hear a soft voice "We are so sorry that the program is closed for this year...". Kidding me? Very unprofessional!! Checked the website again, and found the link to apply had been removed. Another scandal after the one regarding distorted report for higher ranking. Stay away from this university!
