I am already holding a PhD in European history, in the last few years I have published independently 2 philosophical articles in Peer Reviewed Journals in Europe (I am high school Math teacher). The answer from Maryland was through e-mail that says to check the website. Do you think that someone who already has a PhD. in another field filed of study has a real chance to get addmitted???
